Our approach to spine care
Pain is the signal, not the whole story. We look at how your spine, posture and daily habits fit together, then build care around what your body actually needs.
If it involves your spine, joints or posture, there is a good chance we can help. These are the problems we see most often.
Aching, stiffness or sharp pain in the lower or mid back.
Stiffness, restricted turning and pain from desk or screen use.
Pain, tingling or numbness travelling into the leg.
Disc bulges and herniations causing back, leg or arm pain.
Rounded shoulders, forward head and uneven hips.
Tension-type and neck-related headaches.
Strains, sprains and overuse injuries from training.
Spinal adjustment is at the heart of what we do, supported by posture, rehabilitation and soft-tissue care.
Precise, hands-on adjustments that restore movement to stiff spinal joints.
A measured posture check and a plan that fits the way you sit, stand and work.
Care for new and long-standing pain, starting with finding out what is causing it.

Posture and pain relief
When your head and shoulders drift forward, muscles and joints work harder to hold you up. Our posture check measures four landmarks against a vertical line, so we can see exactly where to start.
Five clear steps, from your first conversation with us to staying well on your own.
We listen to your history, your symptoms and what you want to get back to.
Posture, movement and neurological checks to find the source of the problem.
A clear plan with expected timelines, explained before anything begins.
Gentle, precise hands-on care, adapted to your comfort at every visit.
Exercises and check-ins that help you stay well between and after visits.

+1 (555) 014-2270Most people find adjustments comfortable. You may hear a small popping sound, which is simply gas releasing from the joint. Some patients feel mild soreness for a day afterwards, similar to starting a new exercise.
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. If your assessment suggests you need imaging or another specialist, we will tell you and help arrange it.
Your first visit takes 45 to 60 minutes. It covers your history, a posture and movement assessment and an explanation of what we find. If it is appropriate, treatment starts the same day.
It depends on the condition and how long you have had it. After your assessment we give you an honest estimate and review progress regularly, so you are never kept in care longer than you need.
Yes. Techniques are adapted for age, bone health and comfort, and we use low-force methods where they are a better fit.
Comfortable clothing that lets you move freely is ideal. Gowns are available if we need to examine your spine directly.
